I don’t think you can get “Citizens of faction” back through diplomacy? Can you get it by killing mobs?

Excellent information, Luper! After hearing Beau’s belly-aching… er, I mean, uh… observation that it can be tricky to bag a faction mount, I’m glad to see solid, helpful information posted.
